Katrina Morozova, founder of Lash Boutique with two locations—one in Hyannis and one in Plymouth—sat down with us to discuss her business at the 26 Barnstable Rd location. Originally from Russia, she moved here over 20 years ago and brings a vast amount of knowledge in the lash and brow industry. She carries a deep appreciation for self-care, refinement, and enhancing natural features.
She established Lash Boutique as a space where those traditions meet a natural, modern aesthetic, focused on helping clients look and feel like the best version of themselves. By enhancing natural features, clients leave more confident than when they arrived—and that is what Katrina prides herself on achieving.
Her services include lash extensions, brow shaping and design, lash and brow treatments, brow color correction, and permanent makeup, among many other specialized offerings. She and her team’s work has received international recognition, including awards at major industry events such as “Oscar PMU” and “WULOP,” where they earned first place in Permanent Makeup.
Over the past five years, Katrina has built Lash Boutique into a thriving business. She values connecting with her clientele and ensuring they have an exceptional experience every time they come in for an appointment. She was the first on Cape Cod to develop an elevated lash studio of this level, but it is her skill, dedication, and client relationships that have truly brought her to where she is today.
She personally trained all ten of her employees, ensuring each technician develops the same high-level technique she has built over decades of experience. This hands-on system guarantees consistency, precision, and excellence across all services, so every client receives the same quality of care regardless of who performs the service.
During the COVID-19 period, Katrina’s dedication to her clients became especially clear when she offered services at no cost, giving back during a difficult time. When services reopened, clients quickly returned in large numbers, reflecting the strong loyalty and trust she had built.
She continues to work alongside her technicians, performing services such as brow design, and remains involved in all aspects of the business—from answering phones to scheduling clients—she truly does it all.
