Heather Wilson, Ph.D. founded Weatherbee Health Education Resources in 1997. The company was incorporated in 2001 as Weatherbee Resources, Inc., with the addition of Joy Barry as co-owner and with greatly expanded consulting services.
Weatherbee’s commitment to the hospice industry led to the development of the Hospice Education Network (HEN), launched in 2007. This innovative service, using streaming video technology, is intended to help hospices of all sizes have affordable access to high quality educational programming designed specifically for hospice professionals.
