- 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.- Christmas Commons at the Federated Church
- 11 a.m.- Magic Show with Magician Rich Archer at Rockland Trust
- 11 a.m.- 1 p.m.- Sturgis Strollers caroling along Main Street
- 11 a.m.- 3 p.m.- FlipChix making Holiday Flip Books at Sturgis, 434 Main Street
- 11 a.m.- 3 p.m.- Free face painting at SoHo Arts Company
- 11 a.m.- 3 p.m. - WOW Truck at Fresh Ketch, courtesy of TD Bank, collecting food donations to make holiday meals with all the fixings for families in need. There will be a kids craft table and hot chocolate will be served.
- 11 a.m.- 5 p.m.- Organic Cookie Decorating at Shift Boutique
- 11:30 a.m.- Reading of The Polar Express and holiday craft at Hyannis Public Library
- 11:30 a.m.- 3 p.m.- Spectacle of Trees- available for viewing Friday, December 2nd 10 a.m.- 8 p.m., Saturday, December 3rd 10 a.m.- 8 p.m., Friday, December 9th 12 p.m.- 8 p.m. and Saturday, December 10th 10 a.m.- 7:30 p.m. with winners

- Noon- Santa Claus arrives by antique fire truck to the International Food Tasting
- Noon- 1 p.m. - International Food Tasting begins at the Christmas Village in front of Sturgis at 434 Main Street
- Noon- 1 p.m.- Dog Holiday Costume Contest at the Village Green with the MSPCA
- Noon- 2 p.m.- Free Duck Boat Tours down Main Street with Santa
- Noon- 2 p.m.- Cranberry Shores Chorus go caroling along Main Street
- Noon- 3 p.m.- Free horse drawn carriage rides, face painting and
candy cane making demonstrations in front of Kandy Korner
- 12:30 p.m.- 2:30 p.m.- Petting Zoo next to Palio Pizzeria
- 12:30 p.m.- Christmas Stroll Treasure Hunt begins at Sturgis Charter School, 427 Main Street. Prizes for kid and their parents!
- 1 p.m.- 2 p.m.- Barnstable High School Chorus performs at Rockland Trust
- 1 p.m.- 3 p.m.- Hockey Challenge with the Cape Cod Bluefins & Cape Cod Islanders between Katie's Ice Cream and Kennedy Gallery & Studios
- 2:30 p.m.- Reading of The Polar Express and holiday craft at Hyannis Public Library
- 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.- Harbor Boat Parade at Bismore Park. There will be free parking plus food, music and a charming boat parade. Cool 102 will be playing holiday music. Plus, you can bring a new or gently used book to donated to children ages 2-5 years. Click here to sign your boat up for the Harbor Lighting!
- 7 p.m.- 9 p.m.- Holiday Skate & Coat Drive at the Hyannis Youth & Community Center, 141 Basset Lane. Admission $2/ Rentals free with donation to the Coat Drive to benefit local charities.
